Welcome to my site. This site has my thoughts on some random things, as well as updates with things going on in my life. I am not claiming that there will be anything too great here, but if you know me this could be a good place to keep track of what I am up to.
I am currently living in Boston and putting my mechanical engineering degree to good use by working at a management consulting company. The company is smallish consulting firm called Altman Vilandrie & Co (altvil.com) that does primarily telecommunications and media work. The culture is great and I am looking forward to getting on some more interesting projects.
When I’m not working I love to play sports. I was a 4 year starter (3 year captain) on the varsity volleyball team at MIT, and in high school I played both varsity soccer and volleyball. Now that I have graduated I am getting involved with Yankee volleyball,bouncing around for whatever team needs players, and also helping out as a volunteer assistant coach with the MIT men’s team.
In my free time I also enjoy snowboarding and whitewater kayaking. Over the past couple of years I haven’t done either one of those very much because of college sports, but once I get a car I am hoping to get out of Boston for snowboarding, kayaking and camping some more.
